We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our creative staff team. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise children during lunchtime and playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist children with meal arrangements and encourage good table manners.
  • Manage and organise lunchtime activities to promote positive social interactions and active play.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that may arise in a calm and effective manner.
  • Ensure the dining area and playground are clean and tidy.
  • Provide support and assistance to the school staff as needed.

 

About You

 

  • Friendly, approachable, and able to interact positively with children.
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
