Hallsville Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking individual to fulfil the role of an Administrative Officer in our bright and happy school office. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, dynamic and shares our dedication to giving our children the best start in life. Our children come from a richly diverse community which fully supports our aims and practices.  

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to provide a hospitable and welcoming ‘front line’ service to all visitors to the school and to deal with specific and general enquiries from Staff, Parents, Governors, L.E.A, visitors and callers, either in person or by telephone.
  • Be able to provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Ensure all school admission packs are kept up-to-date and distributed and all pupils are inputted correctly into Bromcom.
  • With the assistance of the School Business Manager maintain a waiting list for the Nursery and Reception.
  • Making arrangements for Nursery, Reception admissions and unplanned admissions.
  • Show a willingness and ability to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the school
  • Be professional, courteous and positive
