The Governors of The Altmore & Lathom Schools Federation are seeking to appoint an inspirational, passionate and driven Headteacher with executive responsibilities from January 2026 to continue to build on the achievements and successes of both schools.
We wish to appoint a thoughtful, strong and ambitious leader who will share our vision to ensure each child achieves their potential, regardless of background or circumstances.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing senior and middle leaders; sound financial management skills; and a history of successfully raising pupil attainment.
Altmore Infant and Lathom Junior Schools proudly serve a diverse community of over 1100 pupils.
