About Us
NPW is the ethical partner of choice that keeps the child at the centre of everything we do. We care about our clients and work hard to help them achieve their aspirations. We engage with our clients to help develop our products and services to ensure that what we offer is created for schools by schools. NPW is a not-for-profit mutual organisation, owned by our school members. We provide a range of operational, transformational and innovative services to schools and colleges so that they can focus on improving the lives of children and young people.
The Role
Due to the ongoing growth of Governor Services, we are expanding our team of Clerks to support schools across London, the UK and internationally. Whilst there may be a requirement to attend meetings in person, support is also required for virtual and blended meetings where a Clerk may work remotely and across different time-zones. Therefore, applications from overseas candidates are also welcome.
As a School Governor Clerk, you will be directly responsible for the provision of services to a specified number of multi-academy trusts, school governing boards, and other commercial contracts, ensuring that our high standards are met in a professional and effective manner via remote on-line meetings. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, primarily focused around term-time meetings. Whilst training will be provided including attendance at our termly virtual Clerks’ Briefing, there is an expectation that you will be available to attend our offices in East London for training from time-to-time.
