Brampton Primary School (BPS), proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is looking for an exceptional Site Supervisor to join our team in January 2026. As a thriving, inclusive, and highly respected four-form entry school in the heart of East Ham, we are committed to excellence in education and in maintaining our school grounds.

With a dedicated team of over 100 staff, Brampton Primary School is where ambition, care, and collaboration come together. We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and committed Site Supervisor to ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained for staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the school site
  • Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks, or arrange for external contractors where necessary
  • Ensure the security of the school, including opening and closing the premises
  • Monitor health and safety standards and report any concerns
  • Manage deliveries, stock, and site equipment
  • Support events and lettings as required
