Required from September 2017

As we continue to strive for excellence, the governors are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic practitioners to join the school at this exciting stage of development towards outstanding. We are committed to raising standards through outstanding teaching and learning.

You must have:
• At least 2 years’ experience as a class teacher who consistently demonstrates high standards of teaching and learning.
• Secure subject knowledge across the national curriculum.
• High expectations of all children and an ability to motivate children to learn.
• The determination and commitment to raise standards across the school through the use of thorough and accurate use of assessment.
• A passion to ensure that all children enjoy learning through the implementation of an exciting and creative curriculum.
• The ability to use a range of technologies across the curriculum to support and enhance learning.
• A commitment to inclusive education and positive behaviour management strategies.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• The desire to constantly improve practice by taking risks and implementing change effectively.
• The ability to work successfully as part of a team to lead and motivate others.
