Little Ilford School is an oversubscribed, inclusive, and vibrant learning community in Newham where Courage, Commitment, and Compassion aren't just words, they are the heartbeat of everything we do. Following our move to a state-of-the-art building, we are looking for two visionary leaders to join our energetic Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and help us redefine what is possible for our diverse student body.
We are seeking two "lead professionals" who are excellent classroom practitioners and strategic thinkers.
You will be the champion for our most vulnerable learners, ensuring that every student, regardless of background or need, reaches their full potential.
You will be the lead professional for staff growth, operating on the principles that "every teacher is a learner" and that the secret to student success lies in the development of the adults within school.
Please specify your preferred role(s) in your application, or indicate if you wish to be considered for both.
Why Choose Little Ilford?
We don’t just have high expectations for our students; we have them for our staff’s wellbeing and professional fulfillment too.
