Drew Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school in Silvertown, East London. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated administrator to join our team, with key responsibilities for pupil data, attendance, admissions and welfare. You will provide general administrative support to the school and be responsible for the collection, storage and retrieval of pupil data, ensuring legal requirements are met, parents are kept well informed and that the management of required information is available to the school. You will manage school admissions and monitor and report on pupil attendance, liaising with parents and other professionals about those who are persistently absent and attending meetings when required. You will also be responsible for pupil welfare, including supporting children with first aid and medicines. You will report to both the Headteacher and School Operations Manager.
