Year Group Leaders TLR2B (two posts)

The Head Teacher and Governors of Nelson Primary School are looking for two Year Group Leaders for September 2018 to share in the continued development and improvement in our ambitious school. We are looking for inspiring, highly motivated and hard-working teachers to join our dedicated team. Year Group Leaders will lead a team of four teachers and associated support staff; ensuring that the children make outstanding progress from their various starting points.

Applicants should be:

• outstanding teachers able to model consistently good and outstanding classroom practice
• emotionally intelligent and approachable with excellent communication skills
• passionate, positive and proactive with good interpersonal skills
• innovative, creative and strategic thinkers who are able to turn ideas and opportunities into successful practice
