Star Primary School is a large three form entry school serving a diverse and multicultural community. We are looking for a Sports Coach to support the teaching and learning of Sports across the school, working as part of a team who aim to inspire and motivate both pupils and staff.

Candidates should:

• Be passionate about the teaching and learning of PE and be an excellent practitioner
• Be able to improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in PE
• Hold a relevant coaching qualificationSpecific Duties are:-

• To support the PE teacher in all aspects of school sports, including lessons, clubs and special events.
• To support the teaching of high quality physical education, physical activity and sport to Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils in a number of different school environments. 

Visits to the school are encouraged and most welcome.
